- Identify needs, goals, opportunities, and challenges of the business and craft digital marketing strategy to achieve business growth goals.
- Create and Interpret marketing, channel, sales, and platform (web & app) data to a simple, actionable insight.
- Working closely with Digital Marketing Specialists, Business Promotion team, Category team, and Creative team to achieve.
- Monitor and manage marketing campaigns with the best execution.
- Experience in Digital Marketing at least 1 years.
- Understand the concept of digital marketing funnel & growth.
- Broad knowledge of marketing strategy. Capable of planning, executing, and evaluating marketing strategy.
- Understand how digital marketing platform works (Google ads, Facebook Ads, Digital Owned media, etc)
- Have a good understanding in the e-commerce industry.
- Data-driven and delighted with statistical analysis and figures.
- Proficient in spoken & written English.
- Self-driven, willing to learn, love challenges, have an entrepreneurial spirit and get things done.
- Good interpersonal & communication skill, well organize, discipline, and high initiative.
- Willing to be placed at Surabaya
